Overview
Actarus Renewables is the energy platform of Actarus Investments Group, an independent investment firm active in real estate, infrastructure and environmental services. It develops early-stage renewable-energy projects across Europe and de-risks them into investable platforms.
The strategy
Actarus focuses on the early development phase of small to medium-sized renewable projects in Europe, providing capital plus management and financial expertise to navigate planning, authorisation and construction, then reshaping and de-risking them to meet institutional investment criteria.
Impact
100 MWh of solar power developed, powering around 30,000 homes, with 30 new bio-methane projects in the pipeline, among the largest in Italy, and 120 SMC of bio-methane expected to be delivered by 2026.
